Individual students will join their ‘guardian groups’ and meet their guardian who will be on hand throughout their stay to look after their welfare and make sure they remain healthy and are having lots of fun!
With fabulous facilities ISA is a perfect place for students to take part in a wide range of onsite activities. These may include:
Our students get to explore the exciting city of Guangzhou during their time with us. We place the highest priority on care and supervision of all Embassy Summer students around the world, so you can rest assured that your young learners will be well looked after during their stay with us. We have a dedicated welfare manager and, for our individuals, dedicated guardians. Members of our team are available 24 hours a day to support students with anything and everything and to ensure that they are happy and healthy!
Our student support staff can help with pretty much everything including:
While basic first aid can be provided on site, where a student may require further medical attention an Embassy Summer staff member will help to make appointments and accompany students to see a doctor or visit the hospital if needed. Given potential language barriers in China for our international group leaders, we will provide a member of our bilingual team to support should a visit to a doctor or the hospital become necessary.
To follow
All students should have their own travel and medical insurance. Please make separate arrangements where applicable.
A 24 hour emergency telephone number is available throughout the duration of the summer camp. The phone number will be sent with your booking confirmation documents.
Please note that the centre will be mostly cashless, we would encourage all of our students to bring a digital form of payment with them should they wish to pay for optional trips etc while with us.
