What is your recruitment process?
- You complete and submit your application form.
- If shortlisted, you will be invited for an online interview.
- Following a conditional job offer, we will commence full background checks and
- Prior to commencement of employment, you will be invited to our pre-arrival induction and online training programmes accessed through our staff portal.
- On arrival at centre, you will be given a full centre specific induction. Our centre management teams will continue to support you with in-centre observations, workshops throughout your contract of employment with us
What experience do I need to work for Embassy Summer?
Working in a summer school is fast paced and great fun. Your days will be varied, and you will be required to engage with the students to ensure they have the best Embassy Summer experience possible.
For all roles, we welcome applicants who can have great communication skills, have lots of energy and enthusiasm, and possess great leadership skills.
If this is your first summer job, you will gain some amazing life skills and will grow personally and professionally, as well as making some wonderful memories.
